1. Work Permit Services

• New Work Permit Applications: Consultation on documents for experts, managers, executive directors, and technical workers in accordance with Decree 152/2020/ND-CP.
• Work Permit Renewals: Handling the extension process at least 5–45 days before the current permit expires.
• Work Permit Exemptions: Assisting in obtaining certificates for foreign workers who are exempt from work permits (e.g., owners of LLCs, board members).

2. Visa & Residency Services

• Business Visa (DN1, DN2): Short-term entry for business meetings or market research.
• Labour Visa (LD1, LD2): Issued once the foreigner has a valid Work Permit.
• Temporary Residence Card (TRC): LHD helps you obtain a TRC valid for 2 to 5 years (depending on the visa type), allowing you to stay and exit/enter Vietnam without a separate visa.
• Visa Conversion: Assistance in changing visa status (e.g., from Tourist to Labour) if the legal requirements are met.
